So I've been doing cardio off and on since my last post.. usually going the normal 1 mile in 20 minutes.
It's been off an on because I couldn't really walk until about a week ago.
Anyways,
I am trying to make a conscious effort to take all my vitamins and junk because I read somewhere that being vitamin deficient leads to lethargy (which i think i have been experiences) and joint/body pain. Yea I don;t wanna deal with that junk anymore so I definitely have to try to fix that by being responsible.
So, Me and Charlie are trying out this new gym this week. It's not so bad.
I started out at 298-299 on Oct 30th. <-- Thats the day that I finally got under 300. FINALLY!
But after a week of actually working out + cardio I went up to 302 this morning.
WTF MAN.
lol soooo I also read that to drop more weight you need more protein. Well I guess that means I'm def gonna try to get more protein in my foods and take 1-2 protein drinks a day. Really want this weight to drop. Gaining freaks me the fuck out.
I was really hoping to get to 285 by thanksgiving. I doubt that Will happen now. I'll be glad (i say this now.. ill probably still be dissapointed if I hit it) if I hit 290 by the time i leave for San Francisco on the 23rd.
Me and charlie are gonna try to do 3-4 days of lifting and cardio. Which i think is about where I wanted to be. 5+ was overdoing it on my shitastic legs.
It has been apparent that my ankles and feet became wicked bad when its about to rain and when it does rain. Fuck that shit. Luckily so far this week it has been nice and sunny. I need that shit. It is supposed to rain tomorrow I think. Hopefully I don't get to affected by it.
I'll try to do more cardio tonight.
Saturday was cardio + chest
Monday was cardio + Legs
Wednesday was cardio + Back and Biceps.
looks like I'll have to try to get cardio in tonight or tomorrow. Probably tomorrow.
I need to tighten up my loose ass skin. It's getting super duper annoying now. Hopefully by summer it tightens up.. Im hoping by christmas I start seeing some results. Might try to save 30 dollars and go lift with vutha over thanksgiving? god i cant believe its 10 dollars a visit there. fawk.
Fuck gaining weight when you barely eat anything. fuck fuck fuck.
