After a long/short weekend in chicago I came back sore and tired.

1:15pm-1:45

18 minute mile on treadmill (3.3 speed)

12 minutes on the bike ... 2 miles (5/3 resistence)

My feet still kill... i think i might just have to work thru it.

Tomorrow gonna do chests and cardio again.

I hate arthritis

I hate arthritis and not being able to take NSAIDs.
FUCK ulcers because of NSAIDs.

anyways both ankles are saying FUCK YOU to me this morning so I doubt I'll be able to exercise. All i wanted to do today was walk or bike for 30 minutes.

No lifting today anyways.
I'm going to try to follow the work out plan that is highlighted on http://www.scoobysworkshop.com/schedintermediate.htm , which is lift every other day and do 20-30 min of cardio every day.

sounds like a good plan. I'm gonna rest my ankles today and if it doesnt get better by tomorrow then I'm just gonna continue popping vicodin and just tough it out.

I really wish i could take some NSAIDs for the arthritis. Damn surgery and ulcers!

Day 2: haha quit already? naw!

so i woke up today and my arthritic left ankle was hurting like a bitch today but it wasnt too tight so i decided to work out anyways. here's my log

1:50pm-2:50pm

1 Mile - 19:30 minutes - walking (3.0 speed--ankle hurt)

2 x 8 - 15lb - Dumbbell lat/tri pull up --whatever its called
2 x 8 - 20lb

1 x 8 - 10lb - Dumbbell Bicep Curl
2 x8 - 20lb - Dumbbell Bicep Curl

3 x 8 - 50lb - Machine Bicep Curl
1 x 6 - 50lb - to failure

1 x 8 - 50lb - Machine tricep extension (had to stop because wrists hurt from bending weird)
1 x 8 - 20lb - Dumbbell Tricep extension
1 x 7 - 20lb - to failure

2 miles -12:30 minutes - bike - resistance 6/3

They didnt have the 25lb dumbbells for some reason so i had to stick to 20lbs. The 30lb ones felt soooo heavy.

I'm pooped and tired and sore.
I'm icing my ankle right now... its killing me.

it's raining today so i hope its just the weather that is making it kill.

I'm hoping its better tomorrow. I did the bike experiment. The first mile was horrendous and torturous. I almost wanted to quit. surprised I got 2 miles out of it. Im so out of shape haha. biking made my knees burn. is that freaking normal?

I need 1 leg day but these little gym in my apt just has leg curls and leg extensions.. hmm.. what to do?

UPDATE: Day 1 back to the gym

310 lbs as of yesterday.

-147 lbs.

went to the gym today. tired.

2:30pm-3:30pm

1 mile (3.3 speed) - 18:10 minutes

2 x 8 - 110 bench
1 x 8 - 120 bench
1 x 4 - 120 bench (to failure)

2 x 8 - 80 butterfly
1 x 8 - 90 butterfly
1 x 3 - 90 butterfly (to failure)

1 mile (3.3 speed) - 18:10 minutes

hoping for 285 by Thanksgiving or 275 by Christmas.

lets see if I dont flake out.

I've been failing at eating lately.

Either I dont eat enough/forget to eat i eat pure shit (fried foods).

God damnit.

I need to get back on the ball. Made semi healthy spaghetti and homemade meatballs last night.
Broiled the meat instead of frying it.
it came out ok. who knew cooking took so long? haha

tonight is chili.
