beer is fuel!

After a long/short weekend in chicago I came back sore and tired.

1:15pm-1:45

18 minute mile on treadmill (3.3 speed)

12 minutes on the bike ... 2 miles (5/3 resistence)

My feet still kill... i think i might just have to work thru it.

Tomorrow gonna do chests and cardio again.
